5 things you should do when you weigh your body

Weigh our body is one of essential keys of successful diet program. If we do it correctly, we can track where our progress is and whether our diet program successful or not.
This activity looks simple. However, if you want to gain maximum and accurate result in weighing your body. Here, five things that you should do:
1. Use the same body scale
Each body scale must be different, that situation will complicate us to determine our weight loss or even weight gain. Even calibration period for each body scale is also different. That's why you should use the same body scale.
2. Put the body scale in the same place.
-Temperature, air pressure, air humidity, even gravitation will give different result on the same body scale. So, it's better if you put a body scale in the same place and use it to calculate your weight.
3. Calculate your weight at the same time.
According to a research, the best time to calculate our weight is at the morning after we wake up. While the best frequency is once a week. So you can create a schedule where you weigh your body at the same day and the same time.
4. Stand still when you weigh your body
To weigh your body correctly, you should stand still because every movement can impact the result. Even the impact is small.
5. Create a journal or diary
To successfully track your progress, you should have a journal or diary. Or even a simple note to help you remember. You can write down the result everytime you weigh your body. You can also write down trick or tips to maintain weight. It will make tracking process easier.
